THE BATTLE IS HIS

2 Chronicles 20:15 This says the Lord to you: Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude for the battle is not yours, but God's.

Many of us feel like we fight battles every day. Those battles may come in many different ways for many different people. Each day those battles can be conquered, and that can only happen with the help of the CREATOR.

Yesterday I had an emotional moment all because of a thought. That thought was something that could bring change to my life and in all honesty it scared me. I put on worship music and it settled my heart down. That change will happen because my kids will one day leave the nest, and with the help of the CREATOR I will be ok.

So my encouragement for you today is: no matter what you battle with know that you don't have to face it alone. It's HIS battle and HE will protect you and get you through it. That's a promise HE keeps.

CAN YOU HEAR HIM

John 10:27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.

More times than we know most of us are always questioning whether or not we hear HIS voice. Is it HIS? Is it ours? Is it the enemy? Many years ago I wrestled with those very same questions; till I had to learn to trust HIM.

Trust was a struggle too but learning how to lean on HIM taught me how to hear that still small voice. When thoughts would come and it was not something I would think on my own and it was peaceful thoughts then I knew it was the voice of the CREATOR.

You can learn HIS voice too.

So my encouragement for you today is: if you can allow yourself to be still before HIM; you will hear HIM and HE will guide your every step in life. HIS voice is the best voice.

HIS PEACE FOR YOU

Romans 15:13 Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Most of the time throughout our journey we at some point pray for peace. Peace is something we all need. It was definitely something I needed and it was the very thing I prayed for each day.

I learned though that peace was not only something I needed, but I already had it because the CREATOR is peace. Each day as we build our relationship with HIM we learn that our lives are already filled with HIS peace. You don't have to go looking for it because it is already with you.

So my encouragement for you today is: each day all you have to do is look up, and know that whatever happens on this journey; you can get through it because you have HIS peace and it's meant just for you!
