WHAT'S INSIDE OF YOU

Colossians 2:7 Rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith as you have been taught abounding in it with thanksgiving.

Has there ever been a time on your life journey that you have asked yourself the question: " what's really inside of me?" Have you ever looked at past events and wondered how you made it through? That my friend is called strength. Inner strength can only come from the CREATOR. There may be times where you think " I just can't do this anymore", but the truth is: yes you can. As you spend that precious time with the CREATOR each day; HE fills you with HIS strength.

In each trial that you face throughout life; you will notice strength every time because truth be told; its your root system getting stronger and deeper. Yes, we all know that life on this earth is not fair in a lot of ways, but with the CREATOR life is and can be full of joy.

So my encouragement for you today is: even though life trials will be difficult; if you daily allow the CREATOR to strengthen you by watering your root system in HIM; then you will always find strength within to endure what comes your way.

CAN YOU SEE

2 Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith, and not by sight.

When asked the question: "can you see"; most will say yes. As I have thought about this question even for myself; I can say no I could not. For forty- two years I could not see me. I could not see what the CREATOR saw either. Then came the season in my life where HE rescued me out of darkness. From October 2019 till today I can now say that I can see. I can now see what the CREATOR sees too. I see who HE created me to be, and for the first time ever in my life; I am fully at peace, and I actually like who I am.

Yes, there is still more healing to be done, but the clarity that I feel each day is a blessing. I know three important facts that I think about on a daily basis, and that is: I am safe with the CREATOR, I can fully trust the CREATOR, and I am HIS daughter before I was ever anyone else's. Taking the step to trust the CREATOR was the best step I've ever taken. You can take that same step!

So my encouragement for you today is: walk the journey of faith, trust the CREATOR with everything you have, allow the CREATOR to open your eyes, and daily know that you are HIS child!

THE CREATOR'S GENTLE LOVE

Romans 8:38-39 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In todays world most people throw around the expression " I love you". Those words are very easy to say, but can it be lived out? Those words were lived out by the CREATOR when HE sent HIS son to die on the cross for each of us. I have heard many people say that we will not fully understand the depth of HIS love until we get to Heaven. That may be true, but for myself its something that I understand, and feel each day that I live.

Each person will perceive HIS love in their own way, because HE will show it to them the way they need. Most people love at a surface level, but the CREATOR loves at a depth that no one can love at. That is a love we all need in our lives.

So my encouragement for you today is: when you think about the word love; focus only on the CREATOR. HIS love is never ending, its unconditional, its just for you, and its so deep. So no matter what you go through on your life journey; the CREATOR will always be right there loving you, and if you can be still before HIM; I know HE will gently tell you just how much HE loves you.
