WILL YOU TAKE THE NEXT STEP

Proverbs 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

Along the steps of our life journey; there will be times when we will not be sure in what step to take. Most of us are that way. I would like to share with you about a wonderful friend of mine. I met her almost six years ago in Dallas at a conference. I walked into a dining room and saw a group of women sitting at a table praying together. It absolutely touched my heart, because they were not ashamed. After leaving the room something inside drew me back and I just had to sit with them.

I went back, introduced myself, and sat with them for over an hour and just talked. We all shared so much that night. Then the next morning came and it was time for us to leave the hotel. I went to get coffee, and this special lady from that group the night before was there too. We hugged, talked, took pictures together, and exchanged phone numbers. We have been friends since that day. I spoke with her just yesterday, and she encouraged me. She then prayed with me and what she said would confirm what I know the CREATOR had already showed me and placed in my heart about a specific situation.

So my encouragement for you today is: when you feel that nudging in your spirit on a specific step to take; the CREATOR will always send someone or something to confirm it. Place your hand in the CREATOR'S hand, trust HIM, and just take that next step. Obeying the CREATOR is worth it!

YOU WILL NEVER LACK

Psalm 23:1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

As I got before the CREATOR to know what to write for this encouragement; this title came to mind. Many of us; myself included, feel or have felt at times in our life empty on the inside. However, that is a false mindset. I can say that, because today after walking through my identity journey; I now know and can see truth that when we daily communicate with the CREATOR; we are never empty, because HE is daily filling us with HIM. I have spent most of my life wanting to be whole. Now I am on a different road and that road is to complete wholeness when all of the healing is done.

I share this with you so that you can understand that you are never alone either. You don't have to feel empty on the inside. If you reach towards the CREATOR; HE will reach towards you. HE wants to fill you and make you whole too. Our journeys will be different, but the prize is the same for each of us, and that's the CREATOR.

So my encouragement for you today is: no matter what you face today or any day; daily reach out to the CREATOR, because as you walk with HIM; you will never lack anything that your soul needs.

DON'T DISMISS RED FLAGS

Psalms 119:105 Your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.

Any time we face a new season of our journey; there will always be that check in our soul man to let us know whether something is good or something is not good. When those checks take place it is very important that we pay close attention to them. The CREATOR will always give you the warning signs when something is definitely not right. It is HIS way of protecting us. If we do not pay attention to the warning signs and still go forward; then its another issue that the CREATOR will have to heal in our lives.

I have had several warning signs in the last couple of years and I just pushed them off to the side. Today I am able to see that I should have listened more to the CREATOR. It is HIS leading and guiding that we should always follow. It is very important to heed the warnings.

So my encouragement for you today is: anytime the CREATOR leads you on a certain journey; pay close attention to the exact steps HE wants you to take. HIS steps will always lead you to peace.
